The Format and Message is Uplifting

I enjoyed this excursion into these gratitude affirmations. The repeated message of minimizing our attachment to and acquisition of material things is very refreshing and should be listened to by everyone!

So Good!

I'm a huge self help nerd and I'm always looking for ways to optimize myself. Sounds nerdy I know but that's just how I am. I started listening to these before bed and it was pretty incredible to see how it helped me relax and let go of so many stressors and worries. Reminds me of meditations just taking a few minutes to focus on something good and reset your perspective.

Powerful

I've only recently come to learn the power of gratitude for attracting love, abundance, success and good health and I was looking for something that would reinforce this belief and help me focus on feeling thankful on a regular basis when I came across this audiobook.
Shane Corbitt has put together a fabulous set of affirmations and Ashton Haugen narrates them perfectly.
I truly believe that the power of gratitude can help you become more fulfilled and content and I have already noticed that by playing this audiobook regularly my life is improving immeasurably.

Loved This Book!

"Gratitude Affirmations" was a perfect audiobook for me. Thankfulness is something we should all keep in mind. I enjoyed listening to this audiobook, and my recommendation would be to read this book. We all need to remember the things for which we should be thankful.

Loved it!

What we think is who we become. Although changing the way you think on your own is extremely hard, starting with an affirmations book could be your key to success. Shane did a great job crafting some awesome affirmations you can do daily to improve your life and eventually change your everyday attitude. Highly recommend!

Helped me feel super relaxed

For almost two weeks, I listened to this audiobook every morning to help lift my mood and get me energized for the day. This was made incredibly simple by the book's arrangement, which has brief chapters with punchy messages. The book's discussion of the value of showing gratitude for the items in your immediate environment was one of my favorites. This was essential to changing my outlook and being upbeat.

Wonderful Audiobook!

This book most definitely lifted my spirits. It was great to hear these affirming words of encouragement. I was able to find peace during my meditation while listening. The narrator and author did a solid job on this book. I highly recommend you give it a listen!

An Uplifting and Peaceful Listen


I love to listen to this book for it’s wonderful and have done gratitude meditation on my own and needed some guidance in this subject and this book is just what is required to stop your mind from wandering off and giving you a great start to the day being ready to cope with anything life throws at you.

Great book for your meditation!

I bought this book because I like to meditate, and I have been struggling to either find an audiobook or music playlist that I like to play while meditating. This book solved my problems. Love the narrator and the pace of the book. Very calming and affirming!

Super uplifting - highly recommend!

I used this audiobook for about two weeks - listening to it a bit each morning helped me get my spirits up and motivated to start the day! The organization of the book made this super easy because each chapter is a short, yet super powerful message. My favorite parts of the book were the explanation of the importance to be grateful for the things around your environment. This was key to reshaping my attitude and being positive.

Really appreciate this book and I highly recommend it!

Relatable Gratitude Affirmations

I love affirmations and it’s hard to find ones that stand out. For me I loved the very down to earth gratitude statements and the reflection prompts. Good listen.

I'm thankful for this book

If you're looking for a good way to feel better about yourself, your future, mankind and everything else there's no better way than gratitude. If you focus on feeling grateful you center yourself on what you already have and appreciate it honestly rather than seeking things you don't have. If you're struggling with gratitude then this audiobook is for you. A few minutes a day consistently of listening to it will have these affirmations replaying in your head like that annoying song you can't get out of your head, until, you just start feeling more appreciative for the good things you have in your life. Highly recommended.

Beautiful audiobook

Beautiful audiobook highlighting the importance of gratitude in every aspect of our daily lives. The two things that stood out for me were how comprehensive the book is, and also the narrator’s voice which was very soothing and uplifting.

light and peaceful

I found that this book was a very nice "white noise" option for me. the narrator is very positive and with a warm voice.

Plenty if great reminders to be grateful for the things in life. The book also addresses some daily life frustrations and how to overcome them with positive thoughts. e.g. when you hear your colleagues typing loudly and feel distracted by the noise, you can remind yourself of your own positive working ethic

overall nice listen, I will be playing it in the background sometimes whilst I do chores, to put myself in a better mood.
