Bernard Hayes knows...

The writer of this book... I don't know where he found all the information, but the Greek myths are outlined very well in this guide. Worth it.

Are you people crazy?

I'm not sure where all these great reviews are coming from. This books sounds as if written in another language and translated by machine. Speaking of machines, the narrator also sounds like a machine but with a subtle Irish accent. He puts almost no emphasis on anything and when he does, it is in the wrong place. What's worse, there are narration edits that have been left in; I ran across three just in the first half hour of the book. It really is a shame because it sounds like the author is a fountain of knowledge on the subject, but the poor writing and even worse reading makes this audiobook unlistenable.

Greeks

The Greek mythology is one of the best to study, and these myths are certainly accurate and interesting at the same time.

The worst

It sounds like it got Google translated and then no one bothered editing it to make sense, it jumps from one thing to another leaving you feeling like you missed some vital part

The Greeks had some weird gods

They battled and had weaknesses and lusts, and it's just a mess. But it certainly makes for a great array of stories.

Zeus would have been proud

If he were alive, he would have approved of me listening to this book. That's all I have to say about that.

Greeks were weird

All the stuff they believed it, that was weird, but it's certainly enjoyable to listen all that weirdness.

The great gods

The gods from the past speak to us through audiobooks. Listen to them! They are right!

Greek gods

The best stories about the Greek mythology are in here. I enjoyed the narrator. Very professional. British accent. That's very important too.
