Undeniably Relief and Understanding

You have tapped into my heart, I am so grateful sent this book to my bereavement counselor and others so they may have a better understanding of what I am going through.

surprisingly helpful...and often the topic timely.

I found that many times the feelings I was experiencing on a certain day was covered by that days topic.

Helpful information

Helpful information on the many stages and feelings of grief, with good examples. Too much of a religious focus for me but would be very beneficial for a Christian.
