Very well Explain and full of great ideas!

Very well Explain and full of great ideas. I'm an academic coach at a state university, so I had to make some changes to fit the age of my students but it really wasn't difficult to do since the mindset information is outlined nicely in the audiobook.

This book is an absolute life-changer. Only 3 days in I no longer had road rage. It has changed my perspective for the better and I'm only half the way through. I have recommended the book to my friends and know at least 2 of them have already purchased a copy.

Fantastic- heard a lot about Steve peters, seen him on an interview & heard Steven Gerrard speak highly of him. The booklets we assess the way we deal or should deal with situations in life. It's Not Rocket Science, just buy the book & re-assess your life.

I hated the narration so much that I couldn't listen to more than 30 minutes.

The reader is horrible.

The worst audio book I’ve ever forced myself to listen to. I think* the content is good, but the reader somehow manages to lose me constantly with the cadence and monotonous droning. This is one of those times that you need to just buy the book.

can't stand the reader

I wish the book was read by someone else! it's difficult to listen to this guy. Mind numbing. So far I don't even like the book though it's has nothing to do with the contents at all. It's very dry. great to pull yourself to sleep with literally and that has never been a problem for me! I am going to have to buy a hard copy, but I wish I could return this audiobook.

Have Used the different elements within the book from work stress to appetite and choosing not to eat for the sake of it and not even halfway through it yet. I can see this book as being a life companion.

Audio too poor to follow

Narrator randomly modulates pitch and ignores punctuation rendering it too difficult to follow. May be a decent book, but too hard to listen to.

I struggled with this one....

Struggled to follow and get engaged with this book. Found the narrator tricky to follow. I want to build my growth mindset but maybe this is the challenge?Shame as this build on from Dweck "Growth Mindset" that I found a better all-round experience.

Incomprehensible translation

This was a weird experience. The unanimously positive reviews and fascinating topic made me hopeful and excited about finding this book. However, the grammar and vocabulary is so surreal that listening to this made me feel like I was losing my mind! My guess is that this book (and I can only assume the reviews too?) was originally in another language and then 'translated' using Google translate or something. The give away is phrases like 'moment gratification' instead of 'instant gratification'. It's a shame because you can sort of tell (if you squint your brain a bit) that the original piece was interesting. Good luck to you if your perception filter is better attuned to this than me, but pRoceed with caution... The weirdest thing is that the publishers employed an American narrator to read out this mess... I do hope he came out of the process with his sanity!
