I can't get pAst his swallowing

get another reader he pause and swallow and you can hear it
and reads to slow

The Voice over is distractingly bad

He pauses for so long between each…….. and…… every……. word. It honestly makes no sense, and then his breathing is exaggerated and sounds like if ASMR were meant to make you uncomfortable.

Awful cadence

The narrator has a beautiful tone and accent to his voice but the incessant swallowing/lip smacking and ultra slow robotic cadence was too off putting. I made it 5 minutes through the into before skipping to day 1 meditation because hearing. Something read. Like this. While giving. Instruction. Was awful. The meditation itself was a little better because the music drown out the swallowing/lip smacking sounds. The meditation itself was nice. I couldn’t do 16 days of this though.

breathing have so many benefits

Who knew breathing could have so many benefits. This is the stuff we should be taught in school, it would increase teenagers well being, confidence and reduce the depression and anxiety rates.

Being able to ground yourself using your breath is such a powerful technique for everyone to learn especially if you suffer with anxiety and depression.

This is such a relaxing practice, and I love the sound tracks, each day I feel so much calmer and excited for the day, which is strange as I normally find myself dreading the day but not anymore.

I love the idea

I think if you are someone who is looking to get into guided meditation then this is an amazing starting point. I love the idea of doing breathing exercises before a meditation session. I felt like I was able to enter a mediated state much faster with greater ease and little to no resistance.
