It’s really bad!

The guys voice sounds so creepy that sometimes I can’t even get relaxed. And at times there’s no relaxing background music. I’ve bought other hypnosis audio books and those were better but I wanted one for anxiety and well I regret my purchase because this isn’t it.

A deep sense of control and well-being in life

I felt immediate results after listening the first time. The narrator has a wonderfully soothing voice, which helps to put me in a deep state of relaxation. I listened to it and found that it is great for gaining a deep sense of control and well-being in life.
