Excellent narration

Love itttt




Wow! I'm a recovering alcoholic. I'm currently 3 months sober. Some days are harder than others. I've been looking for something to do consistently everyday to remind myself of the journey I'm on, so I turned to meditation. This one is great! Narration and music are on point.

Great way to start the day


Every day I wake up, I get urges. It's hard. So very early in the morning (literally the first thing I do) is meditate. No water, shower, nothing. I sit up straight, put on the audio, and relax into the urges until they dissolve. Thank you for this Shivani!

Powerful recovery process



Meditation has always been something I've geared towards to overcome my smoking addiction. Every day, right before I finish breakfast to have a smoke, I sit down and meditate on this feeling that comes up. This audiobook helps keep me focused on that.

What I did to make it



I have a binge eating addiction and I felt awful and ashamed of myself whenever I can’t control myself. Once I realized this could not go on, I did some research and found this amazing audiobook about meditation to train your mind to have control over your thoughts.
