Great Bundle

Another Good Meditation book with long and focused sessions. I really like the narrator as she helps put you in the right state with her voice. I felt great after each session.

Highly recommend

I really enjoyed all of the meditations included in this audiobook bundle. The narrator's
voice is so relaxing and easy to focus on. I really liked the positive affirmations.

Did What it said

I got this ARC via audiobook boom and this is my voluntary review. This was exactly what it said it was. The music always gets in the way for me. But the narrator's voice was soothing and calming. I am not sure how often you will have to listen to get the full effect but it will calm you down.
