A very informative audio-book on mediation!!

Loved the audio-book, listened quickly and were very helpful. It's explained really well, and right up to the mark. I like the sincerity of the speaker, which I could sense as I listen. Very helpful for the very novice like me, who finds a battle requiring more direction to meditate on. Very quick to comprehend and obey. Thank you so much

I like the audio-book for it's one of the many !!

I will use it in my ceremonies because I am a priest and male witch ordained by the WICCA. I still look for audio-books and things that I can use

Hardly about anxiety at all

Despite its title this is a general meditation product with very a generic mindfullness approach. Given I wanted something specific for anxiety (the title made me think this was it) I was really disappointed. I also found the narrator really grating, I felt like she was talking to a five year old.
