wonderfully relaxing

This audiobook is wonderfully relaxing, another great way to de-compress from a stressful day. I could feel myself calming and getting to a more peaceful state as I closed my eyes and listen.

This audio book is wonderfully structured so that it can be listened straight through, used for reference, This audio book gives a much deeper understanding of what meditation is supposed to be about and how to better approach it.

Amazing Journey

I have always had severe anxiety and lately it seems to be affecting my health. This audio really relaxed me and brought to surface my deep emotional pains that I have been trying to deal with. The full 2 hour journey is a true gift, I look forward to doing it again...I'm going to give myself these two hours on a weekend day until I feel stronger to do shorter parts. I'm so grateful for this audio.

Brilliant!

To be honest I have found narrator's voice so calming that I was deeply relaxed after 20 minutes. Not much techniques to handle a raging panic attack but after each listening session I have found myself deeply relaxed and calm. Will use it more for sure!

Exceptional Content of Great Value

Wonderfully helpful for general anxiety etc, even if you don't have actual panic attacks as such. Fantastic narrator - my favourite. I'd have preferred no music but that's a personal preference. Incredibly worthwhile. Do get it!
