Disappointed I wasted a credit on this

After listening through what felt like an hour of nonsensical "not responsible" jargon I finally heard what I think was the beginning of the book. Narrator's voice is so monotone it offered no reason to continue. Truly was in an hour and stopped. Frustrated that I wasted a purchased credit on this. 1 star because I can't give it less.

A great audiobook. Well illustrated and very powerfull. A must listen for anyone looking into meditation or wanting to take the first step. Try the food meditation if you want to diet - if you keep it up I gurantee you will lose weight and never be excessively hungry!!

Fill gaps in emotional needs of mediators.

Having started meditation years ago with transcendental meditation, I've found this (Insight meditation, an intuitive type) better for my needs and culturally very understandable. In addition, Guided Meditation for Beginners opens his counseling expertise to fill gaps in emotional needs of meditators.

In my opinion, this is an amazing guide audio-book

In my opinion, this is an amazing guide audio-book. This audio-book contains very useful meditation instructions. The organizer covered up lots of details about meditations in such a short audio-book. I followed some instructions from this audio-book and I guess I have developed a lot. I am pleased with this audio-book.
