I can't stand her voice!

I can't even get past the beginning because her voice is so annoying. I'm so sorry but it is not for me.

It`s amazing how music works

I had many problems of anxiety and stress in my life. All for my work, home, and relatives. But not anymore. I`ve learnt how to relax properly before each situation in every aspect of my life using this relaxing musical method and everything changed so quickly!

Not the guided meditation for me

I have participated in guided meditations in the past and have found them to be quite useful and effective. However that is not so in this case. Unfortunately I did not find the narrator's voice to be a soothing/calming voice. It was more of a distraction than helpful. Stopped the session within the first 10 minutes.

It helped me to get peace

Thanks to the help of this audiobook I was able to get that peace that I needed at night, I usually had a hard time falling asleep which caused me to lose valuable hours of sleep which in turn ended up affecting my performance at work.

Getting to know meditation

Before listening to this audiobook, I knew very little about meditation, it was something I had no knowledge about and it didn't really catch my attention, but after experiencing sleeping problems, I decided to learn a little more and I'm really glad I did.

Following the voice

One of the things I liked the most about this audiobook was the incredible voice of the narrator, his voice made me feel much calmer and I was able to reach levels of relaxation that I had never been able to reach in my life through the use of other techniques.

Warmer dreams

By following the tips and techniques in this wonderful audiobook, I was able to start relaxing at night like never before. Thanks to this book my sleeping hours are more pleasant and longer lasting, which has made me notice an increase in my day to day performance.

Forgetting the problems of the day

What this audiobook has helped me the most is to forget at night the problems of the day to day, now I can leave them out of my bed and my dreams, thus achieving much calmer and more pleasant nights, without a doubt something now I can say that I rest much more.

Natural sounds

Undoubtedly what I liked most about this great audiobook, was the amount of natural sounds it has to relax me at night, thanks to these sounds I have noticed how my nights are now much calmer and relaxed, which has helped me to rest more.

Overcoming insomnia

Over the years I have begun to notice that my hours of sleep have been decreasing and that insomnia was beginning to increase, which I found very worrying because I found myself sleeping between three and four hours a night, luckily after reading this audiobook I have begun to sleep more.

Deep Sleep

For many years now I have been looking for a way to find deep sleep, and thus experience what it feels like to rest, and so far I can say that with this audiobook I am on the right path to reach the level of relaxation I have always wanted.

Goodbye to negativity
