Part of my night time schedule

Listening to this book is now part of my night time ritual, by falling asleep to this audiobook it helps calm my nervse and reduce stress which helps the next day when i wake up. Completely recommend this book.

I wasn't expecting this book to be any good until i saw the other reviews. Thought i'd give it a try and it lives up to the hype. I'm planning to listen to it again when i get another chance.

Mild anxiety

I have been suffering from mild anxiety since i was a teenager. This audiobook helps free my mind just before going to sleep at mind. It's a daily habit that helps me get to sleep faster and to calm my nerves.

voice sounds like the worst AI money can buy.

very monotonous very distractingly artificial sounding. If I could get over that it might be useful. A lot of the mindfulness and meditation concepts I have heard over the years and a positive direction just artificial sounding
