Terrible

This wasn’t a meditation she just reads definitions over very low quality music in the back. I can’t believe I wasted my free book on this. Terrible terrible terrible

Can't understand why this get so many 5 stars

It is not a meditation instruction, simply reading definitions.
Very bad audio quality. There were segments sounds messed up mp3 encoding. Tried downloading a second time, same result.

Very surprised about the 5 start rating.

Disappointed

So disappointed. Not sure how this is getting 5 reviews. This is just a staccato and bond reading of text. Isn’t soothing or helpful in the slightest. Don’t waste your credit or time. Wish I could get mine back.

All In One AudioBook

This book step by step guide was very helpful. Its a great audio book i think.I am glad to purchase this book its provide a good information. It has a vast information to change anyone. I really liked the book. I dont think we should worry about information. I recommended highly this book for everyone.

Powerful Audiobook!

This book is powerful,concise,up to date and powerfully unique to the other books I've listen on deep sleep hypnosis. The organization of the material flowed in a natural progression that really made sense. Practical,actionable insightful.

This is an excellent audiobook.

In this book I found lots of essential information it’s very use full. Best book at any point purchased in my life. in the event that you are looking any profound rest Meditation, at that point you can pursue this book. I was really astounded by perceiving what number of imperative recommendations accumulated in such a short book. Creator completed a phenomenal activity. I'll most likely prescribe this book to my loved ones. I appreciate this book!!!

This is only good if you have no idea what meditation is

I’m sure this has a little bit of good content but it’s very much a beginners guide. It’s understanding meditation for the seventh grader.

Not a meditation audio

Very disappointed. The description of this book as a sleep mediation is incorrect. This book is a explanation of sleep and the use of meditation.

Misleading

States it is meditation but is actually a history of meditation, description of it and instruction book on how to develop meditations.

Appalling audio quailty

Many of the subjects covered in this book I have read elsewhere so for me nothing new here. But still a lot of good content the problem is as an audio book, it is very poor. The audio quality is so bad you just can't concentrate which is somewhat a problem for studying meditation. The speech is distorted and it jumps and skips all over the place mix in the terrible meditation music it's one if the worst audio books I have listened to maybe just get the book and avoid the audio version.
