All my problems fade away

Since this guided meditation audio book was serene, pleasant, and soothing, it seemed like raindrops in my ears. During the time I was listening to it, I felt all of my problems fade away.

Extra hours of relaxation

How not to perform a guided meditation

No, this didn't help me sleep, a wall of noise and nonsense, I was very disappointed
