Cleanse your thoughts

While meditation, it helps to cleanse your thoughts. I liked the background music, and the narrator's voice was soothing. While meditating, I liked how the narrator would pause and then resume.

I saw a difference

This is a difficult procedure, but it is doable. After doing the exercises, I saw a difference in my mind and body. I'm less uptight, my mind is quieter, and I'm sleeping better.

Fit nicely

I wasn't expecting a couple unexpected chapters, such as affirmations for weight reduction, when I bought this audiobook, but they fit nicely with the overall concept.

Keep you busy

I loved this audiobook since I can use the guided meditation sessions whenever I want. There are also enough meditation sessions to keep you busy for a long time. A decent audiobook for the money.
