Incredibly good

I have to be grateful to this audiobook. Thanks to it, I got enough information to master the chakras (body scanning) and by using that technique, my life improved because I was able to grasp affirmations to sleep better and breathe effectively. I am very pleased and satisfied with this audiobook.

Appreciated!

I truly appreciated the lecture the Author gave. Very honest and very meaningful insight into the subject of mindfulness. It gives a great overview and provides practical steps of the how and why to meditate properly.

waste of money

The narrator says breath in breath out through each and every meditation with just a few other words every now and then, and then goes back to breath in breath out total waste if money

Better sleep

I definitely get a better night's sleep when I listen to this before going to bed. It took me a couple of tries to get into it, but not because it was bad. I'm only doing it because I've never done it before.

This audio book is helpful for feeling relaxed before sleeping, if you are relaxed before sleeping, you usually get a good long sleep, guided meditations is always a good way to get to sleep.
