It is a very enlightening audiobook. I learned more about mindfulness than I ever wanted to. Plenty of good advice to be found here. I highly recommend this to other meditators.

• You'll have a fresh and happy brain

I wish everyone would listen to it. The chapters are short and you can just listen to one chapter from the middle if you need a little something and you'll have a fresh and happy brain.
