• This alone raises your vibration

Just listening to this audiobook alone raises your vibration. I'm very much into yoga, affirmations, meditation and overall good vibes. I started 2021 raising my vibrations and keeping them raised. Nice tool.

• The key to developing your spiritual skills

I have always been a meditation believer. Having a daily spiritual practice is the key to developing your spiritual skills, gifts, and qualities. I'm not expert but I would say that's a strong sign.
