Enjoyable ambient music

I relished the delicate ambient music playing behind the amazing soft-spoken narrator. I highly recommend this audiobook to anyone who is sleep-deprived or has an anxiety disorder.

Sleep immediately

This audio sends me off to sleep immediately. I have never yet heard the entire audio through, I just fall asleep. It is pretty silly yet so amazing!

Incredibly calming

This audio is incredibly calming! To me, it felt a bit like being underwater, where other noises are softened and everything is peaceful and you're alone, right before your lungs start burning and you have to resurface.
