It offers a lot
This audiobook really helps you a lot to find balance in your life and get a good rest at night. The author's voice convinces her listeners to pay attention to the moment in which they are and to allow the mind to expand, releasing stress and achieving a mental control that allows the body to relax and rest. It is a very good audiobook and I totally recommend it.

I sometimes feel anxious so the meditation to relieve anxiety was exceptional. The meditation for a stressful day after work was also amazing. With this audiobook my sleeping difficulties were over because listening to it I was able to feel relaxed and sleep so well that my boyfriend says I talk in my sleep and sleep maybe 3 hours more than I usually do. That's fantastic!!!! xx
