Annoying and Doesn't Work

I found the woman's voice really annoying plus it starts with some soft talking then suddenly this grating and booming voice brings you back to reality and keeps you there until you turn it off. I feel like I totally wasted a credit and wish I could get a refund.

Wow, I'm amazed that this actually works when a freind tol me about this I thought they were kidding. But turns out this is like a life saver for getting your troubles out of your head and having a lovely sleep.

Worth the listen!

This audio book is helpful in letting go of stress, the author helps you walk through negative emotions so you can become the confident person you have always wanted to be. The author as well as narration had done a nice job with this audio book.

easy to follow for beginners

Guided meditation is a good way to end a busy day, or start a busy day with a mindset of peace; this is the first meditation audio book I have followed and I found it an uncomplicated, pleasant experience, easy to follow for beginners.

Probably the best of a mixed bunch

I’ve listened to quite a few of these type of audiobooks, most of which are disappointing and just do not have any impact. This is definitely one of the better ones at least.

Nice one

Life is full of stress and frustrations this audio book has you step back, clear your mind and take a deep breath with these daily exercises so you can be aware of your body language, watching what you say, journalism etc.. I found it very helpful when I start thinking negative to step back and say wait it is really not that bad. But only with practice will things be better in your life.

Sleep! No longer a stranger

I used to take a cocktail of herbal sleep remedies, which had no effect. I used a functioning insomniac until I retired and then it hit me. I found it hard to concentrate on even the smallest tasks and so began my search for sleep. Not wanting to take prescription medication that would knock me out and leave me with a woolly head, I decided to try herbal sleep aid. Long story short they didn't work for me. Then I found this book and although I still don't get a full nights sleep, I do get some, So hence the high scores. Try it, it works.

easy layout
