The background music is obnoxious

The few guided meditations in which I listened were great but they all had an obnoxious, loud flute playing in the background which was overpowering and extremely distracting. It is not a relaxing flute like you might enjoy at the spa. It sounds like a high pitched plastic recorded - the plastic flutes you played as a child that annoyed your parents. The book is so close to being good which makes it a greater disappointment. I wish I could get past the background music but I can't. I thought the other reviews were exaggerating or being too critical about the music. Nope, they were all right on the money. Speaking of money, I hope this review saves you some.

Fully loaded

For its price, you get one fully loaded meditation audiobook. The content is actually good for an entire year of mindfulness meditation.

Not what I expected

For beginners I feel... The music in the background I
Was very off-putting, too fast and upbeat for a meditation
