Good mindfulness meditation intro for kids
In my opinion there is no better book available to teach children and there parents about mindfulness. CD with guided mindfulness exercises makes this a valuable asset for parents wanting to help their children with focus, attention and, self soothing for stress relief. Highly recommend!

All is good
The next chapter explores how mindfulness can be practiced using the body as a means to anchor one’s awareness while simultaneously being more aware of what’s going on with one physically. There is discussion of mindful walking, but most of the chapter is about teaching children to be more cognizant of what they feel as a precursor to being more emotionally aware.

Sleep inducing loveliness
Relaxes and soothes my three girls working best with my 7 and 5 yr old. the 4 yr old finds it a bit difficult but has hearing difficulties. I find the 2 tracks, an inducement and visualisation is a lovely bedtime routine and it has been able to send my very active 5 year old to sleep and she struggles to wind down at the end of the day so that is simply fantastic.

Recommended
The life lesson of learning to be calm and recognize that "thoughts are just thoughts and they don't KNOW everything" sends an incredibly powerful message that I think benefits all children. I even gave our copy to my child's teacher so she could use it in the classroom, because she said that all the kids are struggling to maintain calm as we get toward the end of the year.
