Excellent guided meditations
With the exception of the loving kindness meditation, which is longer, the talking part of each meditation lasts no more than ten minutes, and you can then turn the book off and continue meditating for as long as you wish. There's no signal at the end of the last meditation, which is about balance; it just fades into silence, without even the Audible. com announcer saying they hope you enjoyed the book.

Chapter titles are missing
The book is awesome but it’s missing chapter titles and also it should use only 0.5 credit not full one credit for only 30 minutes.

Great selection of short meditations
I found this to be a very good selection of short meditations that pretty much covers all of the basic Buddhist mindfulness type meditations. I would have liked some a little longer, but they certainly give all the info needed to guide oneself.
