Very good audio book

I have been looking for a guided meditation book for a long time to help me on getting my brain less fogged up and the other books I have listened to all there narrators suck or the content does not work. But as for this one it is very soothing and gets me feeling boosted right way.

Well worth the credit

Put it this way, if you are the kind of person who struggles on being stressed out continuously this is 100% the audiobook for you. I struggle in life with this issue and I must say that since I have been listening to this my problems have started to clear up.

Disappointing

if I hadn't used a free credit it would've been a waste of money. She has an annoying voice and I was unable to meditate using this.

Fantastic

Top quality audio

The audio quality of this audiobook is phenomenal there is absolutely no background noise or crackling when the narrator is speaking. That being said if you wish to have a much more peaceful meditation practice then this is the book for you.

SO RELAXING

I feel so relaxed, this audio book really set asides your problems you have and lets you focus on your inner peace instead. For me who is someone who suffers with anxiety, this audiobook really is a life changer for me.
