Publisher's Summary

If you want to fall asleep in 30 minutes every night, then keep reading!

Sleeping well is essential to perform your best during the day. A good night's sleep refreshes your body and mind, balances hormones, makes you more grounded, and clears your thoughts.

Unfortunately, the fast lane society we live in does not offer the best conditions to cultivate a good sleeping routine: busy schedules, stress, and worries are the worst enemies of sleep.

I know this because I have struggled for years to properly rest at night. Finally, after trying every medicine and remedy on planet Earth (melatonin, antidepressants, chamomile…you name it), I discovered meditation during a trip to India. That is when my life changed for the better.

I started practicing every night, and in a matter of days, I was seeing tangible results. From being the worst time of my day, going to bed became one of my favorite moments. For the first time since I could remember, I was sleeping like a baby! Sleepless nights turned into beautiful dreams! I kept on practicing, and as I improved, the idea of sharing the power of meditation began to occupy my mind.

And, that is how this audiobook came to life. In it, I share 18 of my favorite meditations. I do one of them every night, and I sleep incredibly well. They are all 30 minutes long at max, so you do not have to spend hours and hours meditating.

By getting this audiobook, you are giving yourself the tool you need to reach deep levels of relaxation when you go to bed, and enjoy life to the fullest during the day. Get it now!

Tedious and lazy!!! Waste of precious time!!!

If I hear "Breath in... Breath out" again if will honestly be too soon. I'm sure you had the best intentions but spending literally half of each chapter saying "breath in, breath out" one, does not make this an effective meditation narrative and secondly if you end a passage with "now breath to your own rhythm" follow it with 10 tedious minutes of the now painful and annoying "breath in, breath out" ... To some up ... Awful, sorry.
