A lot of silence

The meditations are just a few words here and there with a lot of silence. The recording is poor with too slow a release on the noise reduction so you hear a strong hum after she says something. No background music. either Very odd.

Incredible meditation

This audio is totally incredible . It is an incredible meditation that focuses on sleep . I am really glad i was able to listen to this because it's so fun that to listen to and relaxing as well . I am excited to use this as my guide soon .

Helpful for my insomnia

This audio has been very helpful for my insomnia . I have had my insomnia ever since i was young and medications didn't really health so i started meditating . This meditation focuses on sleeping which is very helpful for me .

This is a wonderful guide that will help you sleep better. I have been meditating for years but i never truly meditated but focus on sleeping that's why i am really glad i have a copy of this . Thanks to the author .
