Not enough meditation and not easy to follow

A lot of filler information not necessary to meditate to. She overwhelms you with information and makes it complicated to relax.

Excellent to use for sleep

For me trying to sleep is very difficult, my mind races and goes over everything from that day. My sister is into meditation and told me about this book. The falling to sleep issue is resolving itself and I am being able to clear my mind a lot easier.

Calming

Recently I decided to start meditating, as a new mum and continuously on the move, life has been feeling very hectic and nonstop, I had been wanting to start a class but because of the baby have not been able to commit, So I thought I would give a meditation audiobook a try. So far I have had really good experience and am feeling less stressed also I am able to undertake meditation so it fits with the family

Fantastic Results

What a great book, I have been doing meditation for about six months now and have just started incorporated this book into my meditation routine, the results have been amazing. Listening to part of this in the morning makes me fully of energy and ready for the day.

Great for Group Work

Terrible engineering sound and quality very poor

There are no soft transitions in this meditation it’s just hard stops/One after another it’s so poorly made I can’t stand it

You can hear cars n the back round. Whoever made these meditations should either redo them properly or take them off the market these are not healthy segues and meditations

Sleep-inducing

I lasted about five minutes before it put me to sleep. The reader is so mellow...actually too much so. There are better books out there.

very good

so far this is the only one that works for me, also the only one that actually relaxes me to the point that I actually fall asleep at night!
