Publisher's Summary

If you are reading, then chances are you love the guitar, and you want to do something about that passion. Why wouldn’t you? It is one of the most beautiful sounding instruments out there, and most of your favorite songs probably have some awesome riffs and licks. We grow up watching our guitar heroes rocking the stage in front of thousands of people, and you cannot help but see yourself in their place. How cool would it be if it were you standing on that stage in a packed stadium, shredding and playing some awesome riffs?

While listening to that book won’t necessarily get you there, it will definitely help you get started and set you on the right path that you will need to walk if you plan on becoming a professional guitar player. The beautiful thing about music is the fact that you can start learning at any age, no matter what anyone else tells you. There is no such thing as being too old, and as you will see in this book, the steps needed to get started with learning the guitar are actually quite manageable, and you will be able to take them if you just put your mind to it.

With proven steps and strategies on how to effectively memorize the guitar fretboard, in this book, we are going to slowly guide you through all the steps you need to take to memorize the guitar fretboard. We are not going to lie to you, saying that you can do it in a day, but we do promise you that you can learn it in a short period if you follow these simple steps and exercise we have prepared for you.

Waste of time. And money

I sure regret buying this book. Wait thirty days to get another selection and waste it on book. Can this be returned?

Essential for any guitarist

This is a Workbook!!! Its approach is to explain a concept and then have you perform exercises to help drive those concepts home. LOTS of exercises that really will help. One example; If I choose a note anywhere on the fretboard, I can now find every other location of that note on the entire fretboard in seconds. And to know where a root note it is to know where to begin and end licks, riffs, chords.....and so much more!

Stellar introduction to the fretboard

Very proud of this work and the way you have presented it. These are the things that some accomplished guitarists fail to share with the rest of us trying to learn our instrument. Thank you so much for sharing.

Learning It Right

After playing the guitar for many years, I thought I'd try to learn some of the theories behind it. Took lessons from several teachers in person but not of them taught me a lot of the things in this book. Would recommend it to any player, new or not.

What I've been looking for.

This book is absolutely what I've been looking for. I'm a conceptual guy, and I like explanations, not just instructions. The author says that he figured out that his students who learn the skills in this book do well. By going through the book and taking time on each topic, I feel I'm coming to understand the guitar.
