Good use of healthy advise

Got this for my wife. This transformed her so much in just 2 weeks! she loves listening to this after slipping back into unhealthy cravings. I also learned a lot in this book to cut my diet

Well researched listen

When I reached my 30s I began to notice a major shift in my gut health and digestive system and I actually got myself into a lot of trouble accidentally and took a long time to straighten out.

Sense of then I am very aware of what I eat in order to keep things moving and go the extra mile to make sure that happens. Therefore I am always on the lookout for new products, ideas, (love at this book has recipes) and things to try. I thought this was a good book full of useful information.

Just What I Needed

The audible " Gut Health for Women" has enlightened me on how my Gut works which makes it easy to discipline myself and control what I eat to prevent stomach issues and improve digestion. Lots of recipes have been provided which are easy to make and follow.

Great Resource!

I got this book for my wife because of the stomach issues she has had for a few years now. We have done food tests and tried to see if she is allergic to anything but we have found little help. She just finished this book and we are excited to implement a plant based diet into her life. It seems like this could be exactly what she needs. I highly recommend this book.

Essential Guide to a Healthier Gut

Many of us may have heard that our gut is our "second brain". Over the years there are so much more research on the importance of our gut health. This book does a great job of breaking down the intricate science of our GI anatomy, explaining to the listener the importance of gut microbiome to our health, and making a case to why we should switch to a plant-based diet. Even though the author made several great points about the benefits of plant-based diet and I think many people will benefit from this type of diet, I don't think a full plant-based diet is sustainable for everyone, because different bodies have different needs. Overall, this is a very fun listen. I love the recipe book attached. The book is very well-illustrated and the recipe are easy to follow.

Improve your Gut Health!

This is a fantastic audiobook all about ways you can improve your gut health. Over the years I have found that I am sensitive to gluten and dairy and have looked for other foods that will help me to improve my digestion and overall health. I was pleasantly surprised to find numerous recipes that I can try out. This audiobook is exactly what I have been looking for. A great resource for all women looking to improve their digestion.

Everything you needed to know about health, your gut and digestion, right from putting the food in your mouth to the inevitable consequences. The author lays out his wealth of experience and knowledge in an engaging way. There's some amazing facts about your gut in this book and you will be inspired to change your diet after reading it! People underestimate the importance of a healthy gut. They go their entire lives without thinking about what they put in it. Shane does a great job showcasing the importance of a healthy gut and breaking down the method to achieving one through a plant-based diet. Highly recommend it for anyone struggling with gut issues, even meat-eaters who want a cleanse.

Great audible on Gut Health

A thorough guide well worth listening to

A detailed guide that is backed by relevant, thorough, and thought-provoking research. I appreciated how the book took the mystery out of transitioning to a plant-based diet by providing easily resourced, panty-staple, varied, familiar, creative, quick, and easy recipes. My favourites to try are the French toast and chickpea omelette.

Really interesting book

I never realized how important gut health is for the immune system, sleep and mood stability.I simply took it for granted that my gut will do its job regardless of what I put into my body.
I already eat a mostly plant-based diet instinctively because it just feels better but now after reading this book I understand the processes that are taking place and why gut health is important particularly if you are older like me. It has changed my outlook to really factor in gut health when assessing my food intake because it affects so many bodily functions including being able to shed weight.
A really interesting book that I will reread again and again.

Fascinating biology followed by great recipes

Despite perhaps not being the target market for this book (I’m a meat eating man!) I thoroughly enjoyed it. It gave me plenty of food for thought (no pun intended) and has seriously made me look at my diet from a completely different perspective. I’m now seriously considering taking some baby steps (with the hope of then taking huge action) to alter my diet to a more vegan-friendly one. Especially as I do have quite bad IBS

Very Informative!

This is a great book for women who needs and wants to lose weight. Best plant-based diet to follow and it looked like its going to be effective. Shane is a fountain of knowledge!

Wow, amazing book and excellent information collated in an easy to understand format. I must say, the accompanying PDF is worth the money alone, the addition of the recipes via PDF is a quality touch.

My favourite chapter was ‘switching to a plant based diet’. I’ve done a lot of reading already on various diets and I’m always switching between. This has given me the motivation to stick with plant based for a while and see if I can really mitigate gut issues and enhance my microbiome

Great Information, Easy to implement ideas

Great book that introduction to anyone who is looking to not only better improve their health but their well being and mental health. It’s a great information to learning about the ins and outs of your gut and how to keep everything in check. I love the recipes and the kickstart plan to really put everything I have read into motion. It’s a quick, easy read and easy to follow. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to learn more about their gut how it really impacts the whole body.
