Sometimes people call oxytocin the “cuddly” hormone, and rightfully so, because this hormone stimulates closeness, creates happiness, affects attachments patterns, and creates a chemical, biological connection between partners, friends, and family members. What else can we learn about oxytocin? Why do we need oxytocin as human beings? How can we increase oxytocin releases in our brain? Although these are the most important issues that will be tackled in this short guide, other subtopics related to it will be addressed as well.

This may be my fav book ever.
I'm left feeling as if I know myself and others so much better. Maybe the best explanation of brain chemicals and everything they cause, how it presents, what to do about it, etc.. A huge eye opener. Everyone should know this information and I plan to gift this book to all my fam and close friends, without a doubt, it can and will help them all. I normally don't even bother writing reviews. This is one I'll be listening to several more times just be sure to remember every detail. It kept me very interested the entire book. It's only a couple hours+, to the point, not too over the head or under. Perfect!

Has the answers I was looking for
I've been looking for 4 months now for answers to some serious health issues. Dr's aren't going to have these answers... they put band aids on health issues so I'm one that searches out my own answers to solve (not band aids) my problems. I don't want a pill for every ill I want SOLUTIONS. I found several in this Audible of the book(s) entitled the same. I'm in the process of starting BLE Bright Line Eating in hopes to solve several issues. I've started a journal to help find solutions to others. This short audible version of "Happiness Habits" hit the nail on the head in so many ways. Told me things I hadn't found other places. I wasn't going to buy it cause it was only 2 hrs... the book is far more expensive and has 3 books in it. This narrows it down considerably I think. I've ordered the book(s) but they haven't gotten here yet so I'm not sure in my assumption. This explains things well and pulls puts things together so nicely. Be sure to have pen and paper to write down what you will need to do to get to the other end of your health. I'm excited to know what to do for my health both body and mind. I now have hope in getting well. May you also.
