Plainly Explained

The whole concept of the book which is the pursuit of happiness was plainly explained. Well, it should be plainly explained. I agree to how the author wrote the book. Happiness need not be complicated.

Complete

The what, why, how, where, and when of pursuit of happiness were artistically included in the book. A one stop shop of wisdom, having all you need. The only thing is there are parts that are too dragging, almost made me sleep. But overall it is very good quality.

Simple to Listen to

This book never gave me a hard time. I was able to listen with ease. I easily understood all points. And yes, the book is on point! All the questions I have about my mindset, about being happy, about influencing others to be happy were answered by this book.

It’ll be a huge miss if you don't check it out!

Worth Sharing to Others

I’m very vocal to what I’m going through. A friend recommended that I listen to this book. I gave it a try and the rest is history. Now, I am talking to people about happiness, about attracting joy, and fighting sadness. I am discussing with them the important of mindset when it comes to things that control our lives.

Amazing to Listen To

The book did not set boundaries on beliefs. Unlike other books who are set to satisfy a group of congregation only. The information I heard are things I can apply to what group I belong. I believe others have the same thoughts too.

Happiness is an Art

Most of the books will discuss the Dos and Don’ts. Either you follow them or not at all. But this book, targeted the “art of being happy.” As we all know, art is something innate, it can never be dictated. And that is what this book elaborated. Happiness is innate.

Easy to Understand

Happiness is such a deep topic. It’s not easy to be happy. It’s easier said than done. I am at the verge of deciding if I should go to a psychologist and seek advice. But when I heard this book, a lot of thoughts came to mind. Somehow, some of my questions were answered.

Yes, I will still go seek professional help. But I’m not doing it with a heavy heart. I know I am healed. I just need a professional to affirm it.

Impressive

A book that will give a fresh perspective on life and happiness. Listening to it was never dragging. All along I thought this was just another academic book teaching hormones. But as I go deeper, the realizations are getting deeper too. I thank my friend for recommending this and I recommend that you get your copy too.
