Very enlightening

I enjoyed this book. It provides a lot of great details to better health. Dr. Ameet is truly generous with his information in teaching people how to become healthy and well.
Buying his book will help improve this world’s view on mindfulness, self-care, and love.
It’s a good book to read and study for yourself and for your loved one’s experiencing health issues.

The reader should be banned

It wasn’t the writing, the content was actually good. It was the damn reader. She sounded robotic and completely detached from the content.

Good information/robotic narration with many mispronunciations

I found the information in the audiobook to be very helpful. The narration was terrible and annoying to listen to. I thought for sure it was computer generated. There were many, many words that were not pronounced correctly. I will be purchasing the printed book, as I would like to have it for reference, but I just can’t listen to it again.

Incredible!

I will be buying the text version of this book as it’s just so fantastic not just to listen to, but also as a reference for future wellness. An absolute host of information in this, and I was blown away at the level of detail and explanation in here! Definitely recommend!

Computer narrator

Its always frustrating and counterproductive to have a computer narrating an audiobook. No expression, no genuine investment in the content. Especially with topics like this, you expect an actually person to connect with. Couldnt really listen to it because of this.

Didn't finish the book

Didn't finish the book, monotone narrator and lost my interest. Shame as could of been a good read.
