Not the best
While I appreciate this series of audios, I didn’t think this was the best installment. Others are more meaningful, or better for relaxation.

Useless, poorly read
Total waste of 6 minutes. Don’t even bother. it tells you nothing about healing yourself that’s of any use whatsoever. The narrator has weird pauses in his reading, it’s not conversational, it’s like he can’t breathe long enough to say five words before having to take another breath again. The cadence is annoying. I hope he hasn’t done any other books. If so, avoid this narratior until he learns how to read conversationally, rather than robotically.
