Worst Narrator EVER!!!

The narration is atrocious. Out of cadence with normal English speaking...seems like the narrator had no idea of the content they were presenting - it truly sucks. The material covered is worth while, but look for an alternative source for easier comprehension and listening pleasure. Thomas De Bruyne should have slapped the taste out of Kevin Tromp's mouth after listening to his narration...and then fired him...

This one is pretty bad…

I understand autophagy and am familiar with fasting. I purchased this book thinking I would get some tips for renal health. I had a very difficult time following the narrator. And every time I heard “the people” and “the body “, it made me cringe. Not sure if the content but the narration did not help one bit. There are better books to explain autophagy. I can’t in good conscience recommend this book.
