Great habits for all

We often forget that our kids are watching us. This book not only helps determine the most healthy habits for the kiddos but it constantly reminded me that the habits that my kids pick up are primarily from my habits rubbing off on them and what they see me doing. This book was great for the whole family to help develop healthy habits all around.

Educational!

My sister loved this book. She has two little girls, and it is a challenge to teach them some healthy habits, especially with the evil influence of social media and tv. This book helped to teach kids good habits at an early age.

Raising kids you will be proud of!

I have read several of this author's books, and she delivers them again and again. This book is packed with so much information on how to raise kids you truly will be proud of, how you become a role model. Kids would always copy their parents. You can encourage your kids to become more physically active, Exploring proven strategies to better-eating habits, and once these habits are formed, they grow with them, shaping them into kids that you will be proud of. This book is so well narrated, which makes it such a listening pleasure. I highly recommend this book.

Such great information

If you are looking to not only change your child’s habits but your own, then this is a book you must read. It’s the habits that you have that will be the habits your children learn. I wish my parents had read this when they raised me, but that’s OK, at least I’m reading it now so I can raise my own children with some fun healthy habits that will last them a lifetime. Great book, that would benefit any parent.

Really good habits explained

I love how everything is broken down in regards to your kids overall health and how you would have to be your kids biggest roll model in order for this to work. During the learning phase, you need to be your kids guru and teach them to be healthy by being healthy mentally and physically. Be the best parent you can be with this book.

Very Helpful

We as parents do have a big influence on our children’s lives. Healthy habits for kids covers many strategies to help you teach your kids healthy habits like encouraging physical activity or the importance of enough sleep. Thanks for the great tips for healthy sleeping habits. I like the idea of having a routine, we’ve implemented one for the evening and so far it is working great for us.

Building habits to last a lifetime

Healthy habits are a huge part of how I live, and I've always feared that I'd be unable to pass these on to my children.
This audiobook has undoubtedly motivated me to focus more on supporting the little people in my life while forming good habits that will last throughout their lives. Getting kids to eat healthy foods can be such a burden at times, so the added benefit of little tips such as recipes that all kids enjoy was really appreciated.

I learned so much

Building habits for children is so important, simple as brushing teeth and eating healthy will play a significant role in their development. I love all the tips given in this book, especially on eating because my son is a picky eater. I can not wait to implement all the tips I have learned on him. I highly recommended this book to all caregivers. This book will help you to build a good habit for your children from day one. It is always better to build that foundation ground up rather than correct them in the future.

Good listen

Being a parent of a naughty preschooler boy.. I found a lot of information on the topic. I would recommend parents to take parenting seriously and do courses on the topic as well. I have done many courses and found that many old methods of parenting are wrong and effect our kids in longer run.

Good habits start early!

I like the fact this book doesn't just concentrate on correcting bad habits but actively sets out to build good habits from day one. Sometimes we don't know what are good or bad habits that our child may be developing until problematic behaviours occur later on down the line. If this is your first child, or even second but you recognised mistakes were made the first time around, this book lays out nicely what the good habits are and how to go about fomenting them. Excellent!

Positive parenting leads the way

This audiobook is an amazing guide to learning how to teach kids to be healthier and more mindful of what they eat everyday. We've started incorporating some of the tips from the book already, and as it turns out, being healthy is fun! The kids are taking it on board very quickly, and seem to be enjoying themselves so far. I personally love the tips and tricks how to pack a lot more healthy nutrition into meals without anyone else necessarily noticing (adults included :)

Very informative

The author has done alot of research in writing this. In particular, I really enjoyed Chapter 2 because its relatable as its something my nephew has a problem with. He either tries to avoid brushing his teeth or brushes them so fast where it’s ineffective. The advice given were very useful throughout the book.

Good to teach kids healthier lifestyle

It can be a nightmare as a parent trying to get your kid to eat healthy, drink healthy, eat the correct snacks etc . This book has lots of little gems in how to get your kids to brush their teeth without a fight, eat and drink healthy, correct exercises to do . Ill defo be putting this tips ice learned to good use .
