Powerful approach.

I think it was about 2 years ago when I first about this diet. At that time, I was like:” no rice, no pasta, no fruits?”, how can this diet be healthy? SO I didn’t even think about trying. Until about 1 month ago, when I started noticing and that one, two, eventually, 3 of my good friends stepped on this diet and reported really decent weight loss and productivity results. I decided to give it a try. After a few recommendations towards this book, I bought it and began my skeptical diet journey. I was amazed by how fast my weight started to a dropdown. In the first week, I already lost 5 pounds, I felt that I lost 10. I felt way more productive during the day, and my concentration levels were also higher. I would highly recommend this book to all people, even if you don’t need to lose weight. Very powerful!

My success story.

I am 45 years old woman. Since my childhood, I didn't know too much about nutrition, and I was eating pretty much what my parents and friends have told me. And it has been like this for the last 30 years, I was eating whatever I wanted and whatever was delicious to me. Everything had changed when I hit my 40's and the food I was just burning before started to accumulate in various places on my body. I didn't feel as pretty as before, and I didn't know why my weight shot up so fast. I joined the gym and started exercising, did that for 2 months, unfortunately, nothing changed and my weight stayed the same. I also tried various diets, like cucumber, orange, only water diet. I lost a lot of weight in the beginning each time but every time I found myself gaining the weight back up and even more.
It was a never-ending circle until I finally found the Keto diet and purchased the "Healthy Keto Diet for Beginners" book. It completely changed my understanding of nutrition, and it's inportance to my body shape and overall health. More important than that, it is delicious and I can stick o it for a long time. What is the purpose of getting on a diet if you are not gonna stay on it for a long time, and you excess kilos will come back?

It works

I’m always skeptical of the newest and trendiest diet, so of course I had my doubts when I heard about Keto diet. So, I decided to buy this book and see what it’s all about and the science behind it makes sense and the words of those who have tried it are encouraging. Also, this isn’t the newest and trendiest diet because it’s actually centuries old. I would highly recommend this book to get you back in shape and feeling better in all areas.

I believe that it is healthy.

After about 2 weeks of being on a ketogenic diet and following the strategies of this book, I started to think that it is really improving my health. I skin became cleaner, I have more energy and a few other benefits, recommend!

My mind feels so much more clear.

I’ve been seeking a diet that not only improves my body but that goes further and improves my mind. So many diets can help you to lose weight, but you sacrifice your energy and productivity for the weight loss. So, I was excited to learn from this book that you can lose weight on the Ketogenic diet, but also you can gain mental clarity and be more productive at work. I’ve heard many testimonials and this book is backed up with high-quality information so I’m excited to get started.

Hight quality.

I don’t think that you can find another diet book, this good on audible. I loved every detail of it. From Introduction to conclusion, from information to narration. It was very easy to memorize and understand all the information. I am very thankful!

Great experience.

I never thought that simple diet changes could make such an impact on my life. And I am not just talking about weight loss. It is way more than that: productivity, energy during the day, mood improvements at work and home. Great great great!

Quality over Quantity

Even though this book is not the longest and the deepest one, I think that for beginners who have almost no previous Keto experience, it is a perfect choice. It explains all the main aspects very clearly and gives a lot of choices for this specific diet. Recommend for beginners

Opposite of what I expected.

While purchasing this Lifestyle Guide I expected it to be simple basic information containing book, but surprisingly though I found much more than that. Meal plan for a few weeks, scientific evidence, a lot of knowledge about health in general and more import than that, while listening I felt the connection I don’t always feel with a book. Highly recommend!

Greta experience with keto

I followed Ketogenic diet before but failed because I lost motivation. However, this time I found this great book, which has a lot of great recipes and a complete meal plan, so I don’t think that I will get lost once again.

Keto info!!

Good audio if you want to learn more about your body and the foods you consume. It is written in a way that makes it easier to understand. The overall wealth of information is an easy to listen. I’m putting it to work for me now

Valuable advice

When it comes to weight loss I think this book will definitely help you, I already lost 5 pounds in 10 days, but your goal is to gain muscle and stay healthy at the same time, I doubt that it will work as well.
