There are many people who like to live with what they like. How many people are in abusive relationships but still do not take leave? How many people want them to quit smoking or swallow or eat more, but still they can't "no"? So many people get up day by day and force themselves to go to a job that they despise, but still do, day by day. This is part of the story of my life to be sure. So why do humans no longer conserve their strength and create the existence they dream of?
We do not want to feel the pain and uncomfortable feelings that come with too many changes. Quitting smoking is just an undeniable disappointment for the first week, and for me, I was completely hopeless every day for the first two months. People said, "it achieves more after a week or two". It did not get better for about 1/3 of the month. It has been suffering for a long time, especially when you know how to choose a cigarette so that the grief goes away (temporarily). Many effective adjustments have some form of pain. We all have some experience with weight loss plans - you understand that you are depriving yourself, you get hungry and irritable, etc. If you set an exercise routine, you get frustrated, you get physical pain, you sweat and breathe out, and soon. If you are out to move to a new city, you are alone, you do not understand that there is nothing, you do not understand.
