Publisher's Summary

If you want to learn about Hindu meditation, then pay attention....

Meditation is both the art and science of becoming at one with yourself, mindful in the present moment, and clearing your mind of clutter and suffering.

The end of suffering is known as nirvana. However, life is suffering. Coming to a place in your mind where even your suffering may bring peace may be the closest to nirvana most people are able to reach.

Meditation is the key to obtaining nirvana. Even if the end of suffering is not your ultimate goal, meditation is a necessary practice to clear your mind of clutter.

Here’s just a tiny fraction of what you’ll discover:

  • Dhyana
  • Yoga exercise and poses
  • Mindfulness
  • Daily meditations according to an essential scripture in Hinduism called the Bhagavad Gita
  • And much, much more!

Easy to figure out.

As i was searching for guides, I noticed there were a lot of resources but some were expensive. So I figured an audio book will be a smart choice. This book may be quite cheap but it holds pertinent info.

This book is perfect!

This book is the ideal start for anyone embarking on a meditation practice. I find it is also great for those interested in expanding their knowledge base of the various types of meditation, and great tools on how to incorporate them. A must have book for anyone into meditation, and it’s been very well received as a gift as well!

I am very impressed

well-explained each concept and exercise is. This is the most useful book on meditation that I have ever come across. Each chapter is both simple and profound and potent. The meditation on Day 4 with Mindful Eating was life-altering for me.

Easy to understand

This book was my first attempt at non-guided meditation (meaning no audio recording talking to me as I meditated). It was fantastic. The descriptions are simple and easy to follow.

Highly recommend!

I have a very solid meditation practice and I learn something new every time I am in a room with him! He carried his wonderful teachings into a book that is awesome for beginners, but there are some wonderful nuggets for even those who have been meditating for years

Not the usual.

Have a life-changing experience with this audio piece. It is incredibly moving I must say. Not your typical guide.
