Publisher's Summary

Homer, the world-renowned Blind Wonder Cat, returns this holiday season with an ins-purr-ational tale filled with holiday cheer!

Fifteen years earlier, doctors had warned that Homer - a tiny, sightless kitten - was unlikely to survive and probably wouldn't have much of a life even if he did. Miraculously and against all the odds, however, Homer grew into a feline dynamo who scaled seven-foot bookcases with ease, saved his human mom's life when he chased a late-night burglar from their apartment, and rose to global fame-paving the way for other special-needs animals once considered "unadoptable".

Now, only two weeks before Christmas, with doctors once again decreeing that Homer didn't have much time - that he wouldn't even make it to Christmas Eve - Homer showed everyone that he still had one more miracle left in him. The heroic blind cat proved again, once and for all, that hope and love aren't things you see with your eyes. You see them with your heart.

Humorous and heartwarming, Homer and the Holiday Miracle will leave you filled with the true spirit of the season.

Awful

I read the original Homer book but this was terrible. When I saw it I immediately downloaded i

t based on the original book and after downloading realized it was not even 40 minutes which is barely an essay and should not have cost me a whole credit. The author was also the narrator and she is not a good reader. The point of the story being the miracle of Christmas was barely 5 minutes of the audio. A lot of it was about Hanukkah and everything else. This is not worth the money or the credit.

The Final Story of Homer, the Blind Cat

I was happy to hear how long Homer lived and what he was like in his last year at age 15. I think you would have had to read or listen to Homer’s Odyssey in order to enjoy this short sequel. I will never forget this loving, brilliant blind cat who was such a delightful blessing in Gwen Cooper’s life.

Touching

Gwen is a good writer. This was a touching story about the beginning of her beloved cat’s end of life. Yes, it’s sad, in a bittersweet way. Her love for her blind cat shines through her words. RIP, Homer.
