Publisher's Summary

Number-one New York Times Best Seller!

At one of the most chaotic periods in American history, in a time of national distrust and despair, one tanned TV host holds the key to the future.

In How I Saved the World, Jesse Watters takes fans on a tour of his life from basement-dwelling Fox minion to pampered champion of right-thinking Americans. He has divined great truths about the nature of our country while stumbling across beaches asking oblivious college students basic political questions and while stumbling out of Air Force One with the President.

Interspersed are his thoughtful suggestions for overcoming left-wing radicalism, maintaining American democracy, moving beyond aging hippies (like his long-suffering, loving parents), saving the world from social justice warriors and the deep state - all while smirking his way through life in only the nicest way.

Watters outlines the stark choice ahead of us between all-American hamburgers and leftist Green New Deal breadlines (okay, maybe that one is a no-brainer) and shows the way for order and fairness to be restored. A manifesto and a call-to-arms from a man for all seasons, How I Saved the World is a hilarious, enlightening, entertaining book with a reasonable chance of winning a Nobel Prize in every category, even chemistry.

wrong reader

The book would have been easier for ME to listen to if it was Jesse reading. it really throws me off listening to books, written by a voice I know, but the reader isn't the same voice.

LOVE JESSE, BUT...

I love Jesse, but I have only read the first chapter and I'm debating returning it, not because I think it's not good but because I think Jesse took the easy way out by not narrating the book himself, as someone who watches Waters world I cannot reconcile this narrator's voice with Jesse's voice, why would someone who talks for a living have a narrator and if you make that choice at least get someone that sounds like you a bit. it takes so much away from the book, if I wasn't so busy and had time to read the book I would buy the paperback but as it is my work puts me in my car most of the day so I always listen to books. a side note, I have read most of the books from the fox News family and they all narrated their own books and their personalities came through...COME ON JESSE, please do better in the future

Great book Jesse

The book was fantastic! I’m a huge fan of Jesse Waters and the book was all I hoped it would be!
HOWEVER , the choice of an older crunchie voice to narrate this great book was very disappointing .
I wish Jesse had narrated his own book.
Still loved the book !

Narrator

I can’t believe Jesse didn’t narrate his own book. Very disappointing. His personality is why he’s popular and having someone else read this is not good

Very Entertaining, I laughed until I cried

I am a huge fan of Jesse, This book is very entertaining and though I was a little disappointed that he wasn't narrating it, I found the narrator to be extremely funny and did an excellent job. Wonderful story and it made me like him even more.

Refreshing!

Humorous, humble and honest. Jesse, you’d make this mom proud every day! I know your mom is proud and after all, she is a major contributor of why you are you.

Jessie really did save the World!

I loved this book. Full disclosure - I am a Fox News/Jessie Waters fan but this was an authentically funny book! I actually laughed out loud at several of the stories. All I have to say is “Thank God for Jessie Waters, I never realized it, but he really did save the world.

Funny, informative read

This book is fun to read. The author has broken the content into farcical chapters that make you giggle. Sometimes outlandish, always informative, and written by someone who has been there reporting the new for years. Great insight to how journalism
Is conducted in real life. Well written and enjoyable to read! Well done Jesse!

Funny, clever and even brave!
Love that keen sense of humor! Mom texts were a bit long for me.
I appreciate the dedication to go after the bad guys.

A new Messiah has arrived!

A book on par with the classics written by Greg Gutfield. Buying this book will likely put you on an enemy of the state list.

Entertaining and Funny

Really enjoyed this. It was very interesting learning the inside story of Jesse's reporting life.
