The content in this book is so great.

The content in this book is so great. The exercises really make you think, and are really helpful for learning to take better care of yourself mentally. My only gripe is that the book is paperback, I had to take it to the office supply store and have it spiral-bound so it was easier to write and highlight in. Other than that though, buy this workbook and start the journey to loving yourself wholly.

Honestly a great self love workbook. The content really helped me and was uplifting. The book has a beautiful color and feels great on your lap (nice soft texture). The colors are gorgeous and the paper is crisp and bright white. Loved this purchase.

A must buy if you’re ready to do the work.

The most impactful sections were centered around understanding how you cope, core values and establishing boundaries (intra and interpersonal). This book provides you with examples to help you with your responses. Now that I am towards the end of the book, I realize that this is a lifelong journey to self actualization. This workbook helps you become aware of your blind spots and appreciate what you are doing well/how far you’ve come. A must buy if you’re ready to do the work.

Self-Care, Goal-Setting

I bought a few copies of this book for my grandchildren and kept one for myself. I thought it might be a good read for the grandkids but discovered it was a great read for me! I gained a new perspective on my own interpersonal relationships, and really trying to be a better me!

positive about making changes.

I have always been a fan of personal growth and this book really BRINGS IT! It does not just help you identify issues, but gives you tools to actually work through them so you can really address items and programs and change them. It allowed me to really take an honest look at myself, and net feel bad about it.... but feel hopeful and positive about making changes.

I found this book to be very helpful. There are a lot of different action items that one can take. I chose to do some of them to get an idea of what the book is like, but want to keep the book so I can continue doing some of the other action items as I have time or as I need them.

Well organized and an excellent book to help with your memory. I haven't applied the techniques taught in this book to my life yet but plan to give them a try. For the price this is an absolute gem! Recommended!

Fostering Mindful Relationships

This book isn’t meant to cover everything and piia tells you that up front. What it does is give you nuggets that resonate and point you to where you should go. You can return to it like you return to your favorite song, and hear something more every time.
