Not what i was expecting.
This seemed geared more towards how to not be awkward and things to avoid yourself more than how to read others. I was hoping for a more tactical approach as I've studied Behavior Detection in the field. All in all, I'm sure the book is useful for some. However, the narrator was incredibly boring and monotone. He sounded like a breaking news anchor from the 40's. I definitely struggled to finish it and found myself losing attention often. Ironically, the book talks about how to present and keep an audience. I also found myself cringing over the monotone narrator when he would struggle to read sentences or pronounce words. I guess on the flip side of that, you know you're listening to an actual human...even if he sounds like a robot.

I don't know if this dude was trying to sound like a computer generated voice or not but.... the voice is not smooth it's like someone recorded the way a person says things and made computer generated vocals that were copy and pasted the words in order.

The narrator sounds like a robot. There was minimal inflection of the voice. Also, there were a few times where the narrator cleared his throat and clapped his hands after doing so. Odd. Content was interesting but I would recommend finding a different narrator.
