Incredible!

This is really something I wish all teenagers had back then but I'm glad it's here now to help our teens today! I got this for my niece as she is goes through this age where self-confidence will shape her future and how she will deal with different obstacles in life. Affirmations are very impactful and heavily promotes positivity and this book delivers that very well and the narration compliments that soothing and healing atmosphere. Highly recommended to help teens get rid of anxiety and build confidence today!

Perfect for Teens!

Teenagers deal with so much and this audiobook expresses encouraging words that taps into the everyday conflicts that can come into the minds of our young ones. As a parent I do what I can to verbally encourage my kids but sometimes hearing it from someone else is when it really sticks. Self Love is Life

I'm big advocate of teaching childre/teenagers self love especially these days where its so easy to believe your not enough in such a compareable society. I am apart of a homeschool coop where we have a handful of teens i will definately be sharing this book with!

Engaging and Effective

My boyfriend's nephew has been going through a lot of struggles in school. He struggles with self-esteem and self-confidence. However, he has started listening to this audiobook and has found it to be very helpful. He started out slowly but is making progress and I’m hoping it will give him some guidance on changing the way he thinks about himself and about life in general. His parents have tried reading other books together but this one seems more engaging and effective.

A great way to ease stress.

I have listened to this book many times, and it never gets old or boring, making it one of my most valuable purchases. I wouldn't be able to say for sure how it is affecting my long-term mental state, but for several hours after the experience, I feel such bliss and happiness as I go about my day. I recommend it to anyone looking to start their day feeling great.

Soothing, Relaxing, life changing

My entire family love this audiobook esp my sister and my niece. It has a relaxing effect that will relieve your anxiety, and a rekindling effect to chase your dream, to become the best version of yourself. It mainly affirms anyone to be compassionate to oneself, getting rid of negativity and tension you feel inside. It’s good for young children and even adult like me. The narrator’s voice is so nice, she’ll take you to a beautiful place of comfort. Highly recommend this one.

A necessity!

I am a teacher in High school and have been listening to this with my class during HomeRoom. I think more teens need exposure to this line of thinking. Young adults need more positive affirmations in their day-to-day life and this book has been a source of wealth in that respect. I would highly recommend for all teens and even pre-teens to learn more about mediation, and give them a confidence boost!

Beautiful!

This is a beautiful way to boost self-love, confidence, and self-esteem. The world can be cruel and we need to be reminded that we are enough! I would highly recommend listenting to this every night before you go to sleep to remind yourself that you deserve everything that life has to offer.

Relaxing and healing

Helpful!

I got this book for my 14 year old who has undiagnosed social anxiety!!
She is always thinking about how others see her and 'what will they say'.

I'm hoping she'll use this book to start feeling better about herself and stop caring about what others think of her.
