Comprehensive Instructions
The author takes a comprehensive approach to achieving productivity. I found it very helpful with some suggestions that I never considered. After many years of hearing other authors promoting the keeping of a journal, this book won me over to the suggestion. I now have one and look forward to seeing the fruit of my increased productivity efforts.

Interesting Book
I found that the book focused on how to be successful and productive more than how to build self-discipline. However, if you make yourself do everything in the book you are essentially building self-discipline; this to me is an indirect way of doing what the title suggests it will teach you. I was looking for a straight forward approach to building better self-discipline which this book is not.

How to Build Self Discipline
How to Build Self Discipline is a practical self help book that encourages persistence in working toward your personal goals with easy, straight forward tasks. I have already listened to it twice and I am going to start the 21-Day Blueprint in the very near future. I really liked that this was straight forward and not filled with a bunch of fillers and fluff. Would very much recommend this to anyone looking to make positive changes in their life.

Achieving those goals
**This audiobook was provided to me for free in exchange for my own honest review**
This was definitely a good audiobook.
The book had very insightful and articulated ideas presented and in a digestible format with it broken down day-by-day.
My problems with this audiobook is that the audio is heavily processed. After a sentence, the audio goes to dead silence. For bluetooth devices, they may miss audio because of how the power save settings puts the speaker to sleep to save power if there's more than a second of dead audio.
Also there is heavy processing with removal of Plosives and other minor edits.
For the narrator, I would recommend adding more noise treatment to your space and have more faith in your own delivery. I would advise not to heavily edit your own recordings. Most people won't mind but there will be outliers who will bring this up.
It's a good short listen with lots of good info. I would definitely recommend this audiobook to anyone interested.
