I want my money back

Very calming

The audio of this guided meditation audiobook was very soothing, not only did the narrator put me to sleep with the help of the script. But my anxiety dimmed down a lot. The audio quality was excellent then as for the script that was just as good. It has allowed me to have a better night's rest with minimal effort.

It's a decent audiobook. Got me to sleep. I have a few more similar to this audio. I keep it in my rotation for a nice natural sleeping aid.

I love that the stories are short because her attention span is just as short. However, the Author can listen to the story very well. Otherwise, I think that this is such a nice idea for bedtime. Thanks to the author.

This book will help you sleep. The stories are for meditation which will help you relax so you could get a peaceful sleep. It has tons of stories to choose from/listen to and they’re literally for anyone
