Publisher's Summary

Quite a few times, you will have to deal with the hard truth of a relationship not working out or the person you like not reciprocating the feelings. However, healing can be more stressful than the process of even falling in love, for it takes the heart to love and it takes the brain to stop loving. So, at some point, you’ve just got to understand the situation without blaming yourself.

There is a proper way of moving on without harming yourself, and that is what I will be clearly explaining in this book. I understand the process may not be easy, but this book will teach you how to patiently move on from a guy without harming him, yourself, or lowering your self-esteem. As a writer, I believe you deserve to be loved. More than just loving someone, you deserve someone who finds you just perfect for him. So even this is going to take a little energy and courage, I want to build it with you. In the end, we will learn to choose self-love over every other thing because you matter most.

This book contained carefully developed steps to help you grow stronger in that toxic relationship and develop the courage to stop loving that person who isn’t reciprocating. All you need to do is consciously follow the eight tested stages to overcome whatever feelings that hold you down and make you cry. After six weeks, you will come out and say it confidently that you have gotten over him.

LOVED IT!!

Very nice tips and tricks on getting over an ex for girls. I am not sure if it's possible in 6 weeks, it might take some girls shorter and take some longer, but the content was great.

Magnificent!

This audiobook is like a secret treasure chest of ideas. I've long felt like the victim of bad people and circumstances in my relationships. I also wondered how other women make it work so that they feel real support from their partners. I love that this book starts at the foundation - with yourself!

Finally got it.

"How to get over a boy in 6 Weeks" isn't really about getting over one specific boy or man, but really the ideology that all men should be so important in our minds, to begin with. It's getting over *all* men, to become the best version of themselves. I recommend it to all women.

Helpful and eye-opening!

I was exhausted from my relationship. This audiobook helps me with information about signs of a one-sided attraction. Not expressing myself clearly in a relationship made me realize that I wasn’t standing up for myself. The narrator did a great job.

Just what I was looking for!

One of my cousins suggests so that I grab this one. It give tips on empowering yourself and seeing that value, which may be hard to see if you have had hard unhealthy relationships in the past.

There is a whole chapter on seeing your own value, not waiting on a man or anyone else to see your value, and to realize that you are an amazing person all on your own.

Terrible ideas on how a women should be

I nearly gave up in the first chapter where we were told we should look attractive for men and that’s maybe why we weren’t keeping them and we should try harder to keep them and maybe they aren’t ready for our love. But I gave it a chance until the point where it said she had had to leave a man because genetically they weren’t compatible and she’d found this out by genomes and she’s shown him this. Just rubbish. Got a refund.

Keep your sanity!

It's hard enough when a relationship ends, but even tougher when the hurt continues because of a cruel ex. The eight stages covered in this book holds the listener's hand through a break-up and helps her process the break-up through practical exercises and tips. The recovery time post relationship is minimized if the listener heeds the recommendations in this book.
