Relaxing !!
After I listen to Joao's last book that speaks about relieving stress and anxiety, I got this book that is no less important than the last one, this one instead gives a different approach to reduce stress and anxiety by teaching relaxation techniques, such as breathing and scan body techniques, I have implemented what I learned in the book and i felt a huge difference and energy comparing to before, we need more similar books to help us face this busy crucial lifestyle.

A must listen for your own sanity
I bought this because I’ve been feeling a little fried lately and it definitely pointed me in the right direction. I liked the format of having 7 days focusing on bringing your stress levels down.
Especially when you’re in the thick of it releasing all of your stress can seem almost impossible.
The breathing practices were fantastic, seriously how is it that we forget to breathe!!?? No wonder we’re all so stress since we’re not checking in with ourselves more frequently. I’m a big fan of guided meditation so this definitely utilized that to help listeners achieve more inner calm.

Reach pure ZEN
Relaxing is really hard for me to do - there is constant stress around me with my job and personal life, but this audiobook did an outstanding job in allowing me to refocus my mind and take a breath...literally.

I see improvement and re-adjustments
I have in the past put into play a few of these techniques before but after listening to "How to Implement Effective Relations Techniques" I had a few that I started to shift away from and I'm back on track. This book made my stress completely go away. The power behind the author and his knowledge is life changing. I feel like a completely new person. My family hardly recognizes me anymore. Effective for the Stressed Modern Professional
Bought this as I've been working from home during COVID, and stressed not only because of the new living situation, but the workload I've been forced to endure. I was looking around audible for an audiobook which laid out effective strategies for relaxation, and how to destress from an already stressful life.
"How to Implement Effective Relaxation Techniques" was basically exactly what I was looking for. It takes a no-nonsense approach for laying out functional relaxation techniques, and the techniques themselves are simple and without superficiality. Daniel Perez obviously is well experienced on the subject,, and the narrator is engaging without overpowering the listener.
Since having listened I've gained functional, practical methods for relaxing myself on my own, and feel like I've finally taken control over my own stress. For anyone looking to find relief from the modern stressors of life, I would definitely recommend giving this book a listen.
