Happy to give this book full marks for the simple reason that it is, every day, helping me so much in life, to let go of a lot of anxieties and nonsense in my head and live a happier and calmer life.

Took a chance...very glad I did!

Took a bit of a chance on this one! Had seen some good reviews on blogs but had not read into it too much - I am VERY glad I took the chance. This is an very helpful, accessible and easy-to-follow guide to letting go of things and becoming a happier calmer and more in control person. It really helped me with issues I had been having with anxiety, self esteem, worry and confidence.

Morning commute

I have been enjoying this book (for the 3rd time now...) on my morning commute. It had a powerful effect in setting me up for the day in a calm, collected, happy, powerful and confident way.

Surprised by the impact it had on me

I did not expect this book to have such an impact on me. It thought me to be kinder to myself and not allow myself to follow spiralling negative thpughts.
I have always had high standards for myself and considered my goals reasonable but id beat myself up anyway even if I put in a lot of work.

i listened to it twice and took notes and nIm feeling happier and more in control since I finished it.

This was the one.

Its been a while since I got this but just gave it the second list. Being blunt I liked it the first time but weans blown away but listening to it all again it just sort of *clicked* with me and realised how powerful the material is.

Very different

Very different from what I expected here but in the best possible way. Had planned to only listen to the first bit and then a little a day but ended up diving in and completing it in two days, couldn't get enough!

A random one but great

A random book for me, thought I would take a chance - very very surprised by just how good this was, surprised more people are not talking about it. Listened to it on my commute to and from work all last week and just helped me feel better about the day and deal with all issues that came up in a more calm, adult, CONTROLLED way.
