Debbie Ford explains that the dark side of our personality should not be hidden. By denying our dark side, we reject aspects of our true natures rather than giving ourselves the freedom to live authentically. Here she shows that it is possible to acknowledge and accept our so-called weaknesses, proving that these qualities may be hidden strengths. Full of illuminating stories and practical exercises, Debbie Ford shows us how to reconcile our darker impulses and find the gifts they offer.

Allen reveals how our thoughts shape our character, and manifest themselves in our finances, health, appearance, and environment. Waste of time
The author of this book is probably one of the most annoying people in the world. There was nothing original about this book except that he infused the word shit over and over again and couldn't even do that in a way that came off authentic. Then came his needless political opinions for absolutely no reason that made me feel like I was listening to my drunk ignorant uncle at Thanksgiving, you know the type. At least I can be grateful I didn't actually pay for this piece of shit book.

Should have given $5 to The dog shelter instead
Dumbest book I ever heard.
Here’s the summary:
Hear the author talk about how great he is.
Hear him pitch you his personal coaching & membership business over & over.
Hear him talk about how life changing “Core 4” is but only describe what that is once or twice so you’re willing to go to his website & find out how to “apply” for a membership.
Hear him repeat “Core 4” until you’re lobotomised and credit card ready.
Then go back to the beginning of the audio to hear again what his little pitch is about if you’re not a ‘credit card armed’ sheep.
Realise “Core 4” is a catchy label on basic needs.
Add one thousand curse words, repeat them a thousand times or at least until you start thinking this ahole is cool.
Now, imagine a poor man’s version of Grant Cardone if you were to remove all Cardone’s substance.
Conclusion:
Save $5 or donate $5 to a dog shelter.
Ok, on my way to go eat some cauliflower pizza now.

Gary John Bishop Wannabe
Sean has a compelling personal story, makes some good observations and offers up some solid advice. Unfortunately, Sean apparently lacks compassion and empathy for folks that face circumstances outside of their direct control (and worse, he chooses to use his book to tell these folks "F-you" - his words, not mine). If you want books that more effectively address some of the issues Sean attempts to tackle - and - that use curse words in their title to grab your attention and sell their books - check out How to Unfu*ck Yourself by Gary John Bishop or F*ck Your Feelings by Ryan Munsey.

Fantastic Book. Unless you’re a Karen...
Great read and to the point. No bullshit. Love that he hammers home on the fact that THERES NO ROOM FOR EXCUSES. If you’re not where you want to be, you better take a hard look at where you’re making excuses for yourself and then GET TO WORK. Of course, the Karen’s of the world won’t love this....it’s a message of grit, work ethic and honesty and that doesn’t appeal well to those who want everything handed to them. If you want to get shit done, read this book. If you want to be pandered to and have your feelings coddled, go find another book.

Most interesting way of ending a book
The book is about a guy who was successful in business but was not happy in life, he explains the ways he found out how to be happy, what really got me was the way he psychologically predicted what most people will do, that one sentence was so true and harsh and made me rethink everything he said, I keep thinking about that in the every day life, that was something no other author said who promises a change in our life, this guy even starts the book by saying he is not promising a quick fix, neither the get rich overnight, but he gives us a way of thinking which can in the long term make us happier, I think the book worths the price

AMAZING!
Are you struggling with any part of your life and not knowing where to turn, what to think, who to think about. Asking why is this happening to me.....
Buy this book! I have just come out of a 20yr relationship and found that my wife has left me for another man. Tough to take when you have 3 little ones to stay strong for. I was asking all these questions of myself, wondering how I was going to be able to grow financially, I needed to get my mind in order and I needed to work on my relationships moving forward.
This has really saved me. I've listened to it over 30times. So glad I'm not charged per listen or I'd go broke. Love this book! Thank you Sean.
